Ex-Children's Place CEO Sues Over Annual Meeting

Law360, New York (February 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The former chief executive of The Children’s Place Retail Stores Inc., who has publicly voiced his plans to make a bid to buy the specialty retailer, has filed suit against the company in an effort to push up a recently announced annual shareholder meeting.

Ezra Dabah, who resigned from his post as CEO of the retailer in September, filed a complaint Thursday in the Court of Chancery for the State of Delaware.
