Appeal Axed In Medical Malpractice 3rd-Party Discovery Row

Law360, Philadelphia (October 24, 2013, 5:50 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected an appeal from a couple challenging a decision that barred a doctor from having to turn over medical records for patients who were not parties to a malpractice suit seeking damages from a botched surgical procedure.
