No Breakthrough In Latest US-Japan Auto Talks, USTR Says

Law360, New York (October 24, 2013, 6:36 PM EDT) -- The U.S. and Japan made progress — but did not reach a major breakthrough — this week in discussing U.S. concerns over access to Japan's automotive and insurance markets, a U.S. trade official said Wednesday.
