Top Irish Court To Review Snub Of Facebook PRISM Complaint

Law360, New York (October 24, 2013, 9:47 PM EDT) -- The Irish high court has agreed to review the national privacy regulator's refusal to probe claims that Facebook Inc. violated European Union privacy law by voluntarily aiding the National Security Agency in its Internet surveillance efforts, according to documents released Thursday.
