SEC Investigating Enfamil Maker Mead Johnson's China Unit

Law360, San Francisco (October 24, 2013, 5:47 PM EDT) -- Mead Johnson Nutrition Co. Thursday revealed that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating the business activities of the baby-formula maker's Chinese subsidiary after a separate agency found the company inflated Chinese formula prices.
