Judge Forces Hands In Peroxide Discovery Fight

Law360, New York (February 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has ordered some defendants in the hydrogen peroxide antitrust litigation to hand over documents relating to their sales and production of sodium perborate in Europe.

Judge Stewart Dalzell of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania set a March 17 deadline for the defendants to turn over the documents. The documents sought by the plaintiffs, showing the effect of European transactions on domestic commerce, were “relevant at this stage” in the proceedings, the judge said in his order Tuesday....
