GE Faces OT Class Action By Fla. Techs

Law360, Los Angeles (October 25, 2013, 5:44 PM EDT) -- General Electric Co. was hit with a putative class action in Florida federal court on Friday by a group of service technicians who say they weren’t compensated for overtime hours accrued while working off the clock to service company vans, to receive and confirm parts, and during lunch breaks.
