Ex-BlueWare Workers Seek Back Wages After Bribery Scandal

Law360, Los Angeles (October 25, 2013, 9:00 PM EDT) -- Ex-BlueWare Inc. employees filed suit Wednesday claiming the information technology company owes them wages after illegally diverting money to a clerk of the court's re-election campaign in exchange for a multimillion-dollar contract to digitize a Florida county court's records.

Jerry Miller and Angela Walker say the alleged bribery scheme involving former clerk Mitch Needelman, who was arrested in August, prevented BlueWare from paying its employees. They are seeking roughly $15,000, along with attorneys' fees and other costs.
