Jury Sides With Roche In Age Bias Trial

Law360, Los Angeles (October 28, 2013, 7:10 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal jury on Thursday found that Roche Diagnostic Corp. hadn’t discriminated against a former sales manager who’d alleged the company fired him as part of a companywide plan to replace sales managers with younger workers.
