Irish REIT Pays $245.7M For Dublin Commercial Properties

Law360, New York (October 28, 2013, 7:42 PM EDT) -- Irish real estate company Green REIT PLC is buying a portfolio of 10 commercial real estate properties from Danske Bank Ireland for 127.6 million euros ($176 million) in cash, the company announced Monday.

Most of the properties are in Dublin and represent a "mix of prime and good secondary assets" that total 708,000 square feet, according to Green REIT.
