Ex-SAC Capital Manager Wants Galleon Testimony Blocked

Law360, New York (October 28, 2013, 5:01 PM EDT) -- Former SAC Capital Advisors LP manager Michael Steinberg told a New York federal judge Friday that jurors at his upcoming insider trading trial should not hear testimony related to alleged insider trading at Galleon Group LLC, arguing that the cases are unrelated and could imply guilt by association.
