Pilots, Bank Lose Bids To End War Over $5M Fee

Law360, Los Angeles (October 28, 2013, 10:27 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Monday rejected bids for summary judgment by both sides of a dispute over whether a pilots union did enough to negotiate for U.S. Airways Group Inc. to pay a $5 million fee to its investment bank.
