Sales Rep Claims Eli Lilly Reneged On Contract Incentives

Law360, New York (October 29, 2013, 12:02 PM EDT) -- A former Eli Lilly and Co. sales representative has claimed that the pharmaceutical giant failed to pay the full extent of incentives promised to its contract workers, according a class action removed to Florida federal court Monday.

In her complaint against the company, Leslie Pinciaro Dudley alleged that Eli Lilly declined to pay her a series of incentives promised to her in the contract she inked with the company because her term of employment expired before the close of the payout periods for the incentives....
