AEIC Allowed To Seek $4M Fee In Clinical Trial Row

Law360, Los Angeles (October 29, 2013, 10:26 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Monday reversed a lower court decision to bar American Equity Insurance Co. from collecting at least a portion of the $4 million in attorneys' fees racked up during a decade-long breach-of-contract battle over clinical trials.
