Harbinger Can't Sue Dish Chairman, But LightSquared Can

Law360, New York (October 29, 2013, 5:52 PM EDT) -- Harbinger Capital Partners LLC may not pursue claims that Dish Network Corp. manipulated its way into a position to take over Harbinger’s LightSquared Inc. but LightSquared itself may proceed with potential claims against Dish’s chairman, Charlie Ergen, a judge ruled Tuesday.
