Law360, New York (October 29, 2013, 1:36 PM EDT) -- As Pennsylvania legislators tackle a spate of new tax bills, the American Hotel & Lodging Association testified Tuesday at a state House of Representatives committee hearing that lawmakers should close allegedly unfair loopholes allowing online travel companies to skirt tax requirements.
