Appeals Court Revives Bid To Save NJ City's Police Agency

Law360, New York (October 29, 2013, 7:15 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Tuesday revived an ordinance proposed by residents of Camden, N.J., to prevent the city from dissolving its police force in favor of a countywide department, disagreeing with a lower court ruling that the ordinance constrained Camden's statutory authority.
