DOJ Unlikely To Ground Airline Merger Fight In Mediation

Law360, New York (October 29, 2013, 8:21 PM EDT) -- As the November trial date for the blockbuster merger challenge approaches, the U.S. Department of Justice, American Airlines Inc. and US Airways Group Inc. have agreed on a mediator for settlement talks, but experts said Tuesday that the antitrust watchdog wasn't likely to back down.
