Further Findings Barred In Halliburton Assault Case

Law360, New York (February 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has shot down a bid for additional findings of fact by a civilian contractor who alleges she was sexually assaulted on two separate occasions while working for Halliburton Co. in Iraq.

In a decision handed down Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Judge Gray H. Miller denied plaintiff Tracy Barker’s motion for additional findings with respect to the court’s Jan. 30 memorandum order and opinion compelling arbitration.
