Pa. Justices To Mull Contract Weight In Mechanic's Lien Rows

Law360, Philadelphia (October 30, 2013, 5:53 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Tuesday that it would hear an appeal in a case where the state's Superior Court found that a contractor did not need to have a valid contract under the state's Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act to pursue a mechanic's lien claim against a couple in Washington County.
