Law360, New York (October 30, 2013, 6:55 PM EDT) -- A U.K. court on Wednesday shot down the newspaper industry’s effort to derail a new press regulation package approved by politicians that same day amid revelations of the first guilty pleas from journalists in the phone-hacking and bribery investigation that has rocked British media since 2011.
