6th Circ. Says Travelers Can Ditch $6M Junk Fax Settlement

Law360, New York (October 30, 2013, 4:49 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Wednesday rejected two affiliated medical suppliers’ demand that Travelers Property & Casualty Co. of America cover an underlying fax-blast class action that settled for $6 million, finding no evidence the carrier had failed to apprise them of a critical policy endorsement.
