Strategies For Whistleblower Mitigation

Law360, New York (October 31, 2013, 5:45 PM EDT) -- On Oct. 1, 2013, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced it had given a record $14 million award to a whistleblower whose information led to an enforcement action by the commission. There is currently no confirmation of the company’s identity, as the whistleblower chose to remain anonymous.
