Power Group Urges NJ To Reject PSE&G's $4B Outage Plan

Law360, New York (October 31, 2013, 5:28 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Coalition for Affordable Power urged the state’s Board of Public Utilities on Thursday to reject Public Service Electric & Gas Co.'s proposed $3.9 billion Energy Strong program aimed at reducing outages, saying it’s flawed and can’t justify its expense.
