Issa Subpoenas Sebelius Over ACA Website Glitches

Law360, New York (October 31, 2013, 4:42 PM EDT) -- Embattled U.S. Health Secretary Kathleen Sebelius faced another blow Thursday over enrollment problems hampering the Obamacare rollout when Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., disclosed his subpoena to her for documents related to the Oct. 1 launch of the enrollment website.
