5th Circ. Grants Stay On Block To Texas Abortion Law

Law360, Los Angeles (October 31, 2013, 10:19 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Thursday granted Texas an emergency stay of a district court’s ruling on portions of its contentious abortion law, arguing that the state’s case was likely to succeed on its merits.
