Enviros Sue To Stop Coal Export Facility On Mississippi

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 5:54 PM EDT) -- A coalition of environmental groups sued Louisiana in state court on Thursday for greenlighting a planned coal and petroleum coke export terminal on the banks of the Mississippi River, saying the state failed to consider the adverse public health and environmental impacts of the project.
