EP Energy Tries To Revive Suit Over Lost $21M Verdict

Law360, Houston (November 1, 2013, 3:24 PM EDT) -- El Paso Corp. spinoff EP Energy E&P Company LP told a Texas appeals court Thursday it's entitled to recover a $20.7 million verdict it lost after an oil-field service unit of RPC Inc. broke an agreement the companies had inked amid litigation over a well explosion.
