Ruckus Didn't Infringe Netgear Wi-Fi Patents, Jury Says

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 8:17 PM EDT) -- A Delaware federal jury on Thursday cleared wireless router maker Ruckus Wireless Inc. of infringing two patents owned by rival Netgear Inc.

Netgear sued Ruckus in 2010, alleging that the company's wi-fi access points infringed five patents, three of which were later found invalid by the judge. The jury found that Ruckus did not infringe the two remaining patents, although it rejected the company's argument that they were invalid.
