Judge Denies Four Milberg Motions To Dismiss

Law360, New York (February 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has denied an attempt by Milberg Weiss LLP to toss charges from a criminal indictment that accuses the firm of paying illegal kickbacks to lead class action plaintiffs.

In an order issued Monday, Judge John F. Walter of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California rejected four of the firm's five dismissal motions.
