Bankrupt LightSquared Says GPS Makers Cost It Billions

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 10:16 PM EDT) -- LightSquared Inc. hit Garmin International Inc. and other GPS companies with a lawsuit in New York bankruptcy court Friday, claiming breach of contract and the withholding of crucial spectrum-usage information, which cost LightSquared billions of dollars and ultimately drove it to bankruptcy.
