Takeda Triumphs In Suits To Block Generic Dexilant

Ltd. on Friday scored victories in three of its patent infringement suits in California federal court against drugmakers looking to sell a generic version of its acid reflux medicine Dexilant, convincing the court that a total of four of its patents would be infringed if the generics went to market.
