Foley & Lardner Can't Escape Conflict Suit Over Duty Probe

Law360, New York (November 4, 2013, 4:59 PM EST) -- A Washington, D.C., court last week kept intact an attempt to disqualify Foley & Lardner LLP from an ongoing duty investigation, saying the chemical company that sued the firm made a plausible case that a Foley attorney might misuse its confidential information.
