High Court Asked To Halt Texas Abortion Law Amid Appeal

Law360, Dallas (November 4, 2013, 2:03 PM EST) -- Planned Parenthood on Monday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to vacate a ruling allowing Texas to enforce a requirement that abortion providers have hospital admitting privileges, saying the Fifth Circuit wrongly concluded that the state had a likelihood of proving the law constitutional.
