Law360, New York (November 4, 2013, 5:30 PM EST) -- A New York-based lingerie manufacturer on Thursday filed a trademark infringement suit in New York federal court accusing Victoria's Secret of ripping off the name "After Midnight" to launch a collection of intimate apparel and accessories that competes with its own set of sensual products.
