Software Co. Tells 9th Circ. Rival Lied To Police Departments

Law360, San Francisco (November 4, 2013, 7:48 PM EST) -- A company that makes software for authenticating crime scene photos urged the Ninth Circuit on Monday to revive its bid to block a rival from misrepresenting its own allegedly infringing software to law enforcement agencies, arguing the trial court had been wrong to call its case “weak.”
