Ill. AG Sues Koch Unit Over Refinery Dust Pollution

Law360, Chicago (November 4, 2013, 7:22 PM EST) -- Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan sued a Koch Industries Inc. unit for alleged air pollution violations Monday, claiming dust from piles of oil refinery waste at a site owned by the company is blowing into neighborhoods on Chicago’s southeast side.
