EU Mulling Privacy Policy For Civilian Drones

Law360, New York (November 4, 2013, 7:47 PM EST) -- The European Commission is weighing a comprehensive policy framework governing civilian drone use to ensure the novel technology spreading to the private sector does not jeopardize civilian privacy or flout the bloc’s data protection rules, an EC official said Thursday.
