High Court Sets January Date For Noel Canning Hearing

Law360, New York (November 5, 2013, 3:20 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday set a January date for oral arguments on the validity of the president's 2012 recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board, setting the stage for a major constitutional test of the executive branch's power.
