General Mills, Yogurt Co. Call A Draw In 'Total' Trademark Suit

Law360, New York (November 5, 2013, 5:36 PM EST) -- General Mills Inc. and Greek yogurt maker Fage Dairy Processing Industry SA settled their long-running trademark fight over the word “Total” on Tuesday, dismissing all litigation and agreeing that both could use the name for their respective products.
