Ohio High Court Nixes Cert In State Farm Suit

Law360, New York (November 5, 2013, 8:05 PM EST) -- A majority of Ohio Supreme Court justices on Tuesday nixed class certification in a lawsuit claiming that State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. improperly steered policyholders with damaged windshields to cheap and unreliable repairs so that it could avoid paying replacements costs.
