Texas' Eastern District Aims To Limit Claims In Patent Cases

Law360, New York (November 5, 2013, 4:20 PM EST) -- The Eastern District of Texas has released a model order that limits the number of patent claims and prior art references that can be asserted in litigation in an effort to reduce the cost of litigating in one of the nation's busiest patent venues.
