10th Circ. Says 'Shelf Life' Talk Doesn't Prove IBM Age Bias

Law360, New York (November 5, 2013, 6:14 PM EST) -- The Tenth Circuit ruled Tuesday that a discussion between human resources professionals at IBM that discussed a workers “shelf life” before his termination does not show that the employee was let go because of his age.
