11th Circ. Says No Claims Stated In Insurance Co. Suits

Law360, Los Angeles (November 5, 2013, 6:37 PM EST) -- The Eleventh Circuit ruled that the plaintiffs in a consolidated appeal failed to state a claim in class actions that alleged a group of insurance plan administrators wrongfully denied claims for new procedures called “manipulations under anesthesia,” affirming on Tuesday the lower court’s decisions.
