Exhilway Plans $1B In Indian Buys Through New PE Fund

Law360, New York (November 6, 2013, 11:58 AM EST) -- New York private equity firm Exhilway Global on Wednesday outlined plans to pour $1 billion into Indian deals through a forthcoming fund that under an innovative new framework will better insulate investors from risk and deliver payouts sooner.
