Kilpatrick Townsend Adds BofA E-Discovery, Privacy Pro

Law360, New York (November 6, 2013, 2:03 PM EST) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP said Wednesday it is beefing up its e-discovery and privacy practice areas by bringing on Bank of America Corp.’s global discovery counsel to its Winston-Salem, N.C., office.

Craig D. Cannon is joining the firm as counsel and will have a firmwide role in managing e-discovery matters as a member of the litigation department, Kilpatrick Townsend said.

“Craig brings nearly 15 years of hands-on litigation and e-discovery experience to the firm,” Jim Gilliland, Kilpatrick Townsend’s litigation department chair, said in a statement....
