French Court Orders Google To Filter Ex-F1 Boss' Orgy Pics

Law360, New York (November 6, 2013, 7:09 PM EST) -- A French court on Wednesday delivered a contentious victory to former Formula One head Max Mosley by ordering Google Inc. to filter out images of his sex orgy from search results, a ruling that Google decried as a threat to Internet expression. 

Mosley, whose scandal was publicized in 2008 with footage by now-shuttered British tabloid News of the World, successfully persuaded the court to remove nine images taken from that video, a source familiar with the matter confirmed to Law360.
