Vendor Admits Tax Fraud In $3M Pepsi Commission Scheme

Law360, New York (November 6, 2013, 6:33 PM EST) -- A former vending company executive accused of scamming Pepsi Bottling Group of $2.9 million in a fraudulent commissions scheme has pled guilty to providing the Internal Revenue Service with false forms and will pay $1 million in restitution, federal prosecutors said Wednesday.
