FDA Moves To Eliminate Trans Fats From Processed Foods

Law360, New York (November 7, 2013, 10:16 AM EST) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration took a major step toward eliminating trans fats from the food supply on Thursday, proposing to remove their main source, partially hydrogenated oils, from the agency's "generally recognized as safe" category of foods.
