U.K. Will Offer Up To £100,000 To Whistleblowers

Law360, New York (February 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- In an effort to increase its cartel enforcement, the United Kingdom's Office of Fair Trade announced it will begin offering rewards for whistleblowers of up to £100,000 ($198,530) during an 18-month trial period, after which it will decide whether to continue the policy.
